Equipment and Signal Chain

I have a sound treated vocal booth where I lose track of what day it is. I record on a Sennheiser MKH 416, through a Universal Audio Apollo Twin X, into an M2 silicon Mac running Logic Pro. Mogami Gold cables – and a hardwired gigabit ethernet connection, with Source Connect 4 (3.9 also available) for remote sessions. I can record either punch and roll or straight record – whatever your preference. For self-produced titles, I work with a killer professional post-production team.

Biography

Commercial voice actor and audiobook narrator with a passion for books. Avid reader. I’m that weird guy, alone in a room, reading out loud just because. History and non-fiction are my sweet spots. So are character voices and compelling dialogue. If it’s well written, I want to voice it. Interested in interesting projects. Hard worker. I’m tireless in the booth. While these audiobook narration samples are just me reading books I like, you hear me on TV all the time.
